Our client, a steel frame manufacturer based in Dandenong South, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.
Position Details
- Hourly pay rate: $37.13 per hour
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders
- Allocate general ledger codes and maintain accurate records
- Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Generate customer invoices
- Process fortnightly payroll
- Review and approve timesheets in Tanda
- Manage employee leave records and staff hours
Must Have:
- Previous experience in accounts payable, payroll, or administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
