Job Description
Our client, based in Minto, is one of Australia's most trusted companies. They supply wall frames & roof trusses to the building industry and are currently looking for a Production & Admin Support Team Member.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Process customer purchase orders and prepare quotations.
- Maintain electronic job records from receipt of signed quote.
- Prepare and distribute Council Certifications.
- Place initial orders for direct-to-site deliveries with suppliers.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
- Answer incoming phone calls and monitor shared email inboxes.
- Carry out general office administration duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Knowledge and understanding of a manufacturing site
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Frame & Truss Software Systems (preffered but not essential)
- Detailed understanding of Trade Systems
- Strong phone etiquette and reception skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and processes efficiently and effectively
- Ability to prioritise and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally with a high level of accuracy
