We are a successful recruitment agency based in Parramatta with an established team of experienced consultants. Due to continuous growth, we are now looking for an additional Administrator to join our team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with a team of passionate consultants and your duties will include, however not be limited to the following:
- Placing advertisements on seek
- Screening candidates and booking in interviews
- Assisting Consultants with client job orders
- Maintaining the database of active / available candidates
- Reference checking
- Profiling candidates and liaising with consultants on the candidate shortlist for clients
- Other administration duties
** Own car and licence is essential for this role **
To be a shortlisted candidate, you must be flexible with your working hours and your role responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable to pick up the phone and talk to candidates as well as clients.
