Strategy One HR is currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful team in Parramatta.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with a team of passionate consultants and your duties will include, however not be limited to the following:
- Meet and greet candidates and set up in interview rooms
- Answer incoming calls and enquiries
- Placing advertisements on seek
- Screening candidates and booking in interviews
- Assisting Consultants with client job orders
- Maintaining the database of active / available candidates
- Reference checking
- Profiling candidates and liaising with consultants on the candidate shortlist for clients
- Other administration duties
** Own car and licence is essential for this role **
To be a shortlisted candidate, you must be flexible with your working hours and your role responsibilities. You will be required to share the oncall phone with other consultants. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable to pick up the phone and talk to candidates as well as clients.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
