Strategy 1HR has Civil Construction roles for immediate start based in and around Caulfield area. You must be available for both short and long term assignments.

Pay rates range between $27 - $29 per hour. 

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work.  – Hours will range between 7.00am to 3.30pm

You must have your own transport and drivers licence.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Curbing
• Labouring: shovelling, barrowing, sweeping, digging, , laying asphalt, top soiling, fencing, site clean up and etc.
• Drainage works
• Pit building
• Operating power tools

To be successful for this role, the following skills and attributes are required:

• White Card essential
• Minimum 6-12 months experience working on a Civil Construction sites
• Physically fit - Ability to lift up to 25kgs
• Full PPE
• Reliable, hard working and motivated
• Other Plant Tickets (with experience would be beneficial)
