Strategy One is a busy recruitment agency based in Parramatta and we are currently looking for an additional Recruitment Resourcer to join our Parramatta team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with a team of passionate consultants and your duties will include, however not be limited to the following:

  • Meet and greet candidates and set up in interview rooms
  • Answer incoming calls and enquiries
  • Screening candidates and booking in interviews
  • Assisting Consultants with client job orders
  • Maintaining the database of active / available candidates
  • Reference checking
  • Other administration duties

To be a shortlisted candidate, you must be flexible with your working hours and your role responsibilities.  We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable to pick up the phone and talk to candidates as well as clients.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
