Strategy one is looking for a young person to come onboard with our client who is one of Melbourne biggest powder coaters.

Our client is looking for a helper for their powder coating factory to train up over time to become a fully fledged powder coater.

Hours are 7:30 to 4pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 2:30pm on a Friday.

What we are looking for :

- Experience working in a manufacturing production line (preferred but not essential).

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to use hand tools, power tools and operate machinery

- Able to follow orders, read basic schedules and prepared to learn new skills

- Physically fit and capable of manual labouring

- Lending a helping hand to other staff during busy periods

- Reliable, good work ethic and positive attitude

- Competent in speaking, writing and reading English

- Valid Driver's license
