The Internal Sales Clerk is the first point of contact for all customers at the branch either in person or over the phone.

Key Responsibilities -
* Answer incoming calls
* Telephone sales and quotations
* Prepare and follow up on quotations
* Maintain contract pricing for customers
* Support External Sales Representatives
* Daily invoicing and cash handling
* Resolve customer problems and complaints in a fair, professional and efficient manner.
* Identify advantages and compare organisation's products/services.
* Ad-hoc duties as required by the branch manager, CEO or their delegates.
Qualifications/Skills -
* Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
* Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
* Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
