As a Global manufacture of electrical and HVAC equipment, we are currently seeking a reliable, experienced and switched on Office all rounder to join our client based in Rydalmere.
Your duties will include but are not limited too;
- Answering inbound calls
- Making outbound calls
- Customer service
- Invoicing
- Replying to emails
- Filing
- Data entry - SAP System
- Ordering stationary
The ideal candidate MUST possess:
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous admin experience essential
- Sound writing and communication skills
- Previous experience operating SAP system
- MUST be available Monday-Friday
