The Team Leader will be instrumental in leading and developing the operations through superior mentoring and leadership.
The role is suitable for an experienced Recruitment Executive or Consultant with well developed recruitment competencies and a thorough understanding of the recruitment sector and the labour hire market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Screening and interviewing candidates to support existing client requirements
- Ensure a high service levels via daily and weekly contact with clients and candidates
- Proven ability to build rapport with management, colleagues, candidates and clients
- Communicating with clients across various levels
- Proven track record in achieving recruitment KPI's
