We are currently seeking someone with experience in client and customer stake holder management. People who have been in roles like Travel agency consultancy or fast paced customer service roles where you are dealing with various clients with end to end service requirements. You do not need to have previous HR or recruitment experience.
If you have an outgoing personality, confidence on the phone and the ability to articulate ideas and propositions to candidates and clients then you could use those transferable skills in an industry that was not affected by covid 19 such as Recruitment and Labour hire.
We are welcoming people from the Travel Agency, Customer call centres, Realestate agents or other similar roles who are looking for a job that they can use their transferable skills in, as we have already taken people on and they are thriving in their new roles.
You will be responsible for :
- Managing a regional sector of clients. (QLD,NSW and VIC)
- Screening potential candidates
- Placing advertising to gain the best applicants.
- Answering incoming phone calls from Clients and Candidates
- Completing reference checks and other administrative tasks
- Following up on placements and getting feedback from clients.
You will be self-motivated and won't shy away from the day to day operations.
