Strategy One HR has been in the recruitment business for 23 years. We have been going through a busy period and are looking for a smart and switched on person to come on board to assist us with the genral recruitment adminsitration duties.
The role we have for the right people is of an administration capasity.
you will be doing such tasks as:
- Answering phone calls from clients and our casual staff and allocating the calls to the right consultants
- Screening resumes looking for the right candidates to register.
- Registering Candidates.
- Booking in interviews for the consultants
- General data entry and other simple admin tasks.
- Following up with clients and checking on requirements and staffing needs
The Right person for this role would be someone who has had experience in an office, travel,customer service or a busy retail enviroment, is confident speaking on the phone and has good computer skills.
