We are a successful recruitment agency based in Parramatta with an established team of experienced consultants. We are now looking for an additional Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.
You will be surrounded by an experienced and passionate team of professionals and your role will include however not be limited to:
Your duties will include:
- Placing advertisements on seek
- Screening candidates and booking in interviews
- Assisting Consultants with client job orders
- Maintaining the database of active / available candidates
- Reference checking
- Profiling candidates and liaising with consultants on the candidate shortlist for clients
- Client Site Visits (down the track)
- Other administration duties
To be a shortlisted candidate for this exciting role, you must be flexible with your working hours and your role responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable to pick up the phone and talk to candidates as well as clients.
