Job Description

Our client based in the Western Suburbs is an an industry leader in the manufacture and installations of shower screens, built in wardrobes and other related products.

Due to continual growth we are now seeking to recruit two experienced Service Co-ordinators to join their close knit team immediately!

Your daily duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Scheduling/Organising daily runs for subcontractors
  • Be the point of contact for any customer queries and resolution
  • Booking installations with customers & monitoring the process
  • Working closely with the production team to ensure manufacturing meet project installation deadlines
  • Data entry 
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with Installers and the manufacturing team
  • General ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills to enable them to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will have proven resolution management to ensure scheduled work is completed on time.
