The Team Leader will be instrumental in leading and developing the operations through superior mentoring and leadership.
The role is suitable for an experienced Team Leader and/or Senior Recruitment Executive with strong leadership competencies and proven success in both recruitment operations and account management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a team that will achieve branch operations and revenue objectives
- Servicing, maintaining and growing our existing business
- Proven ability to build rapport with management, staff, candidates and clients
- Ability to develop recruitment and workforce solutions for our valued clients
- Ability to lead, mentor and motivate staff to achieve our operational KPI's
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading a high performance and an accountable operation.
You will be self motivated with a relentless desire to grow the business at every opportunity. You won't shy away from the day to day operations, if required and take your staff on the journey through your leadership, training and mentoring.
