About the role

• Monday to Friday
• Answering calls from clients and customers
• Entering customer orders and any updates into the database
• Accounts payable and receivable experience
• Receipting from bank statements, chasing outstanding accounts, trial balance etc
• Customer service regarding credit limits & chasing over limit payments

About you

• Strong communication skills
• Admin experience
• Accounts payable and receivable experience
• Solid analytic skills - creating reports
• Exceptional customer service
• You will have a great work ethic and want to learn
