Customer Service Representative Wanted!

We require a Customer Service Officer with a background in freight to join our client based in Pinkenba.

Duties include but not limited:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers via phone and email
• Assist with any product enquiries and prepare quotes as needed
• Provide end-to-end sales support, process customer orders, coordinate transport and ensure paperwork is complete
• Effectively manage freight process, ensure transport details, lead times and pricing are recorded and coordinated accurately and effectively

To be considered for this role:

• Experience working in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer and data management skills
• Experience with accounting and bookkeeping software essential
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Demonstrated experience experience working in a fast paced- environment with the ability to work autonomously
• Available immediately
• Car and licence
• Have full working rights
