Our client is looking for a Warehouse Office Co-ordinator to help in their busy appliance warehouse!
*** Important, we are looking for someone who has or would be willing to obtain a Forklift license ***

- Ongoing work, Monday-Friday- Day Shift- 7am to 3.30pm + OT

Duties include but not limited:
- Manage inbound & outbound calls and emails in a timely manner
- Investigating and following up complex enqueries regarding stock/ current orders / etas / forward orders/ back orders
- Work towards company and department targets & budgets
- Liase with warehouse staff in regards to status of orders
- Daily communication with multiple delivery partners
- Co-ordinate staff to prioritise certain orders day by day
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is prepared for storeman and drivers, checking off paperwork against the despatch manifest
- Follow warehouse WH&S policies and procedures
- Follow up suppliers and contractors for equipment maintanance and repairs
To be considered for this role:
- Passionate about reaching targets

- Able to multi task & deal with pressure situations
- Experience in office co-ordination, including clear verbal and written
- Observe all Smeg WH & S policies and procedures
- Valid Forklift licence or be willing to obtain one
- Physically fit and can lift up to 20kgs
- Be Available immediately
- Own Car and licence
