An exciting opportunity has opened up in thier Burnley corporate office for a Transport Dispatch Coordinator to join thier dynamic outbound transport team.
What's in it for you?
- Ongoing work Monday to Friday
- Pay rate: $45 per hour
- Hours range from 6am - 2pm, 8am - 4pm and 12pm - 8pm with weekend work on offer

Key Responsibilities:
- Route and allocate delivery runs
- Provide track and trace updates
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
- Update and maintain accurate records of transport activities
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements
- Problem solving and driver support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in transport allocation / scheduling
- Understanding of timber and hardware home delivery sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Freight Management system
- Customer-facing logistics/distribution experience
- Strong computer and time management skills
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
