Our client based in the Western Suburbs is an an industry leader in the manufacture and installations of shower screens, built in wardrobes and other related products.
Due to continual growth we are now seeking to recruit two experienced Service Co-ordinators to join their close knit team immediately!
Your daily duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Scheduling/Organising daily runs for subcontractors and customers
- Be the point of contact for any customer complaints and assist in resolving issues in a timely manner
- Booking installations with customers & monitoring the process.
- Working closely with the production team to ensure manufacturing deadlines are met.
- Data entry
- Maintaining a positive relationship with installers and the manufacturing team
- General ad hoc duties
We are looking for applicants who are confident and assertive with excellent communication skills! Someone who has the ability to think laterally & step outside the square with strong administrative skills!
