Job Description

A great opportunity exists for ahard working enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our client in Carrum Downs. Job start Tomorrow 11th December until January 10th.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls

  • Processing invoices

  • E-filing

  • Checking letterbox everyday/distributing mail to staff

  • Invoicing

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable

Must have:

  • Impeccable phone manner

  • Be reliable and punctual

  • A positive can-do attitude

  • Experienced in Windows Office Suite 

  • The ability to learn and use company software

  • Current drivers licence and own vehicle

Key skills include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work independently and follow systems and procedures

  • Team member skills, ability to coordinate with other departments

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Great Customer Service
