We are currently seeking an experienced Hire Controller to join our client based in Derrimut.
Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
-
Manage a high volume of customer calls, and provide solutions tailored to the individual needs to the customer
-
Provide accurate quotes and delivery timeframes
-
Booking transport for on hired/off hired equipment
-
Create rental agreements and follow up on proposed agreements
-
Ensure accuracy of information
-
Maintain operational WHS standards
Skills and experience
-
Experience working in the Civil, Earthworks, On hire, Events or similar industries.
-
Energetic and sales driven
-
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
-
Excellent verbal and written communication
-
High attention to detail
-
Ability to work within a fast paced, high pressured environment and HAVE FUN at the same time.
